The avatar is integrated with IM Natural Language Understanding Technology for voice and text. Open, free flow dialogues between people and self service systems implement quick, natural communication based on the How May I Help approach rather than on a boring sequence of questions and answers; this applies to both phone and web applications.
Moreover, the IM Meltemi SDP^® platform allows multimodal interaction permitting to the user, for example on the web, to interact with the avatar using speech and chat during the same session at his will.
