| An interactive voice service using Natural Language Understanding (NLU) to manage payment vouchers for occasional work (these "vouchers" are issued by INPS, National Social Security Agency). This service can be accessed by dialing the Contact Center number 803.164 and choosing the option "voucher INPS/INAIL automated management". The call allows voucher activation and related info retrieval in a natural, free flow dialogue with the IM Virtual Agent which is able to understand social security numbers (60M+), dates, city names and addresses in Italy (1M+), etc. |
