Interactive Media delivers Network IVR to Telecom Italia. The systems, based on IM.Meltemi SDP, will support Value Added Interactive Services on the IP Network for Telecom Italia Clients and Customers.

The solution is based on IM.Meltemi® SDP platform featuring a distributed architecture with a total of 30.000 voice ports supplied in cooperation with a leading system integrator. The Network IVR system (aka Service Node) will run Interactive and Value Added Services including televoting, traffic information, customer care, charity and fund raising, ringtones, alarm clock.
