Interactive Media's 2011 has been a successful year ended with the official start of the ChiamaTaxi 060609 voice service realized for the Municipality of Rome.
IM's fifteenth year has seen the opening of new market sectors for the Company with the realization of several Solutions powered by Natural Language Interactivity for voice and web self-service applications.
Clients in the Contact Center and Local Administration have been added to the already established relationships with Government and Telco sectors.
Main realizations include the voice self-service ChiamaTaxi 060609 for the Municipality of Rome, automated agents applications for Teleperformance, INPS, Municipality of Rome, 5th generation avatars for Telecom Italia websites. |
