A brand new multilingual, multimedia website to support communication and knowledge about the Company and its Solutions.
This site will cover IM technologies and products enabling high value solutions in Contact Centers using Natural Language Understanding, Service Automation (Virtual Agents) and Speech Management (Call Recording and Mining).
Grafics and multimedia content focus on people as our Solutions work according to the principle of having machines understand and serve people, not viceversa. This is also testified by our Virtual Conversational Agents applications.
Finally you can do a "lateral thinking" exercise looking at DIVE, a section in Italian to think over technologies and their effects.
