Remarkable success of IM event held June 15th 2011 in Sao Paulo (BR).
The workshop at Blue Tree Berrini Hotel was attended by over 45 people from 30 different companies (Government, Telco, Finance, Information Technology).
The topics of Customer Service Automation, Call Center Management and Supporting Technologies were widely addressed by the speakers; the focus was about Natural Language Understanding that Interactive Media is deploying for voice and text, phone and web.
Several demonstrations showed the capabilities of speech processing applied to Self-Service over the phone, rising interest and questions from the audience. |
