IM announces the Speech Diving Brasil 2011 workshop on Natural Language Understanding solutions for service automation in Customer Care and Contact Center. The event will be held in São Paulo (BR) on June 15th, 2011, at Café Rubi, Blue Tree Berrini Premium, Rua Quintana 1.012.
The workshop program includes:
