INPS, Italian National Social Security Agency, is among the early adopters of NLU-powered interactive services with its applications related to odd job payment and medical certificates.
Also the City of Rome uses the speech technologies and the natural language understanding in the ChiamaTaxi service (cab automated locator) where the caller simply speaks the street address where the taxi is requested. |
